Welcome! In 1991 I attended Patty Golden's Holiday Workshop Series, along with my husband, Endre, and our then 2 year-old daughter. Since then, we have been using her words, songs, and teachings as we continue to grow in our understanding and love of the Torah. It is my hope that this website will inspire you to follow the beautiful holidays of the Torah, and of the Hebrew scriptures.
This website does not take the place of the original Holiday Workshop Series, but I hope it will get you started on your journey through the Torah and God's connection to you in your everyday life.

Our Story
My journey into the Torah began with my partnership with my husband, Endre Balogh, in 1985. The two of us fell in love with the Torah (after falling in love with each other first!), and have been spending our subsequent years enriching ourselves in our relationship with YHVH, the God of the Torah. To that purpose, we have been living our lives daily with the teachings of the Holiday Workshop Series.
I welcome everyone who knows Patty and Roger Golden, either through their Holiday Workshop Series, or as friends and family, to join in these teachings. Both Patty and Roger are truly a blessing to all of us who busy ourselves with the teachings of the Torah.
In future pages, we will delve into the theme of agriculture that permeates the pages of the Torah.
